
The Klock Parker
Group is truly a "family affair". Pat and Carol are sisters and are
from one of the most highly respected real estate families in America.
Their father, Joe Klock, Sr., is one of the earliest and most beloved
real estate trainers and authors. Since 1949, he has worked tirelessly
to raise the level of competency, professionalism and integrity in the
real estate industry. He writes popular sales and management internet
newsletters (with over 3000 subscribers) and has a syndicated weekly
op-ed column. Before retiring to dedicate time to managing investments,
shopping and enjoying her 20 grandchildren, their mother, Mary Dot Klock,
was a successful Realtor in South Florida luxury home sales and the
first President of the Residential Council of NAR's Realtor National
Marketing Institute, which offers and administers the prestigious Certified
Residential Specialist designation. In 1983, Joe & Mary Dot sold The
Klock Company Realtors to Coldwell Banker. Pat and Carol, along with
their sister, Nancy Klock Corey, who manages the successful Town & Country
office, have happily remained with Coldwell Banker ever since.

Pat is the co-founder and lead sales professional of The Klock Parker
Group. Pat's knowledge of the real estate industry, and the needs of
its consumers, is so well known among her colleagues that even the most
seasoned real estate professionals often seek out her advice. Beyond
her knowledge and experience, though, is something much more important,

Carol

Carol is the co-founder and managing partner of The Klock Parker Group.
Her responsibilities include providing leadership and support for the
entire team, as well as assisting our customers develop and implement
successful strategies for buying, selling and managing real property.
Carol focuses on developing systems and procedures for our team that
ensure that each customer receives the best possible service and results,
with the least amount of time and effort on their part. She is well
known in the industry and in South Florida as an excellent speaker,

Joseph
J. Parker
Director of Marketing
Joe is one of the most creative and dedicated marketing professionals
in the real estate industry today. He is an expert photographer, videographer
and desktop publisher. Perhaps even more important, Joe is one of those
people that you just can't help but adore. He is a constant and reassuring
presence for our customers throughout the entire buying and selling
process. Joe arrives at our listings prior to a buyer's visit to turn
on lights, open curtains and anything else that would make them feel
more welcome and the house looking its best. Joe performs a complete
"detailing" of each of our listings, including measurements, materials
used and design features. Prospective buyers delight in his prepared
marketing materials. Joe comes from a much-lauded career as Chief Financial
Officer of a major corporation, but with his true interests being of
a more creative nature, it was not difficult for Pat, his wife of over
twenty-six years, to lure him into real estate sales.

Christy has tremendous knowledge in the area of real estate sales and
management. She combines her many years of experience working in the
real estate business with her natural organizational and management
skills. As a result, our customers look forward to the closing of their
new property, secure in the knowledge that the many details are being
guided by such capable hands.
Marcia
Campos Linville
Sales Specialist
Marcia was born and raised in Sao Paulo, Brazil. After high school,
she moved with her family to Minnesota, where she received a degree
in marketing and excelled in both sales positions and as a professional
instructor in modeling, etiquette and fashion. Moving to Miami in 1988,
Marcia assisted in the establishment of a successful graphics business,
then went on to become a highly successful special service agent for
international VIP's of a major international airline. She speaks English,
Portuguese and Spanish fluently and is a delight to talk to in any language!
Marcia has attention to detail that is a constant source of comfort
and efficiency for our customers and our group. In finding just the
right house for our buyers, and following though on all of the details
between contract and closing, she leaves no stone unturned. Add to that
the joy of being in her company and you find happy and exceptionally
satisfied customers living in their dream homes. Marcia and her husband,
